In order to meet modern demands for flexibility, we have consistently converted our service to digital accessibility. We have deliberately decided not to have a traditional visitor office on site and are instead available where you need us: online and by phone. Our young team is available to assist you with planning and throughout your stay. By foregoing fixed on-site office hours, we guarantee faster and location-independent communication for owners and guests.

Our holiday flat is located at the tip of the peninsula of the Mönchgut Nature Reserve in the South East of Rügen and is a uniquely undisturbed environment which is completely surrounded by water and right next to a natural beach which can reached directly from our property using a private path. The maisonette flat enjoys sea views and offers 68 m² of comfortable accommodation for 2 to maximum of 6 people over two storeys linked with a spiral staircase. Our helpful and friendly local administrator is your point of contact after your reservation. This service includes the necessary registration for the daily government visitor tax, provision of bed linen and towels (additional cost) and cleaning. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the flat and only an electric barbeque is allowed (can be rented on a daily basis from our administrator if required) because of the thatched roof. There is one private car parking space allocated to the flat and a seasonally opened restaurant located right next door. In the high summer season changeover is only possible on Saturdays.

A private path leads to a charming and protected natural beach, which is a mixture of sand, pebbles and vegetation. Here you can find a choice of sunny and shady spots to relax. The water is shallow and safe for smaller children. If you continue along the beach to the left, the coast leads past a small cliffs to the end of the peninsula where wooden steps take you back to a path leading back to the holiday flat (round trip ca. 20-30 mins). Visitors searching for peace and and place to relax in a uniquely undisturbed environement love this area of Rügen. The sandy Baltic beaches and small towns of Göhren, Baabe and Lobbe just a few km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. In May the fields around Alt Reddevitz are a spectacular yellow with rape seed flowers, but in Winter the area can be stunningly beautiful and is a peaceful oasis to relax in.
