Die Unterkunft ist ein nagelneues ausgebautes Doppelzimmer mit Bad, welches über eine Dusche verfügt. Die Betten stehen einzeln, könnten notfalls zusammengeschoben werden. Die Wohnung ist "nicht" behindertengerecht, da der separate Eingang über eine Wendeltreppe erfolgt. Raucher können im Hofbereich an einer eingerichteten Raucherecke sitzen. Eine Kochgelegenheit ist nicht vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist Nähe der Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar. Bei längerem Aufenthalt könnte über Nutzung einer Küche und Waschmaschine angefragt werden.
Ich wohne am Grundstück und bin gerne bereit Ihnen Tipps für den schönen Steigerwald sowie die einmalige Stadt Gerolzhofen zu geben.
Wir befinden uns am Tor zum wunderschönen Steigerwald, gutes bürgerliches Essen, schöne Natur und verschiedenste Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, gerne können Sie diesbezüglich nachfragen
