Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located right outside the historic city wall of Seßlach – only about 50 m from the Hattersdorf Gate Tower and the entrance to the old town. It is part of a lively family home with a private entrance and is available for your exclusive use. With around 50 m² of space, the charming holiday nest offers room for 2 people. You’ll find a cozy bedroom with a 180 cm king-size double bed, a bright living area with an optional sleeping space (large air mattress for children or guests), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a separate shower and a small bathtub. The apartment faces the garden – with no street noise. However, please note that our family with children lives in the same house, so some everyday sounds may be heard. WLAN, TV, coffee machine, kettle, cooking facilities, a parking space directly at the house, and contactless check-in via key box are all provided. Seßlach’s picturesque old town with half-timbered houses, cafés, the historic wall, and hiking trails is within walking distance and invites you to explore the beauty of Upper Franconia.

We – Katrin, Patrick and our 4 girls – are happy when our guests feel comfortable and at home. Our apartment is lovingly furnished and offers a cozy retreat for travelers. As hosts, we are discreet but always available when needed. We love nature, good food and creative projects – and are happy to share tips about the region. Please note: Since our children are part of our daily life, occasional family noise may occur – we always strive to be respectful and considerate.

Seßlach is one of the most beautiful small towns in Germany – a true medieval gem with fully preserved city walls, old gates, cobbled alleys and traditional Franconian timber-framed houses. Only 50 m from our house begins the Altstadt, where you can stroll to small cafés, the old Hattersdorf Tower or the city museum. The surrounding region offers charming hiking routes, castles, beer gardens, natural swimming spots and authentic Franconian cuisine.
