Our apartment house is located at Neuburgerstraße 99, in a convenient area in the western part of Passau. The historic old town, with its impressive St. Stephen’s Cathedral, picturesque alleys, and the famous confluence of the Danube, Inn, and Ilz rivers, can be reached in just a few minutes by car, bike, or public transport. Within walking distance, you’ll find everything you need for your daily needs – supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies. Business travelers will appreciate the proximity to major employers, the Passau Clinic, and a variety of industrial and craft businesses. For longer stays, the location offers excellent infrastructure: A bus stop is located right in front of the building with direct connections to the city center and the main train station. The nearby B12 and A3 roads provide quick access to the surrounding region, including Vilshofen, Deggendorf, and the Bavarian Forest.
