All guests must be members of the German Youth Hostel Association (DJH). Membership can be purchased via the youth hostel website or upon arrival at reception.

It costs EUR 7 per year for Germany-based guests up to the age of 26 and EUR 27.50 for families or guests aged 27 and above. Each year from June onwards, membership will be half price for guests purchasing a DJH membership for the first time.

For single overnight stays, international guests can alternatively purchase a welcome voucher upon arrival for €3.50.

Guests aged 27 and over pay an additional surcharge of €4 per night.
