Katjas Kate wurde im alten Stil, aber mit modernem Wohncomfort 2020 neu gebaut. Der Nordstrand ist in 10 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für den Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Fahrradverleih etc.
