Our lovingly designed holiday apartment in Warmensteinach is a cozy retreat in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge – quietly nestled at the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature, and full of warm, peaceful atmosphere. The spacious apartment includes a separate bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining room with an additional single bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a private sauna – ideal for up to 4 guests. A special highlight is the private sauna, which is available to our guests daily for 3 hours free of charge. Natural materials, soft lighting, thoughtful details and a calm interior design create a space where you can truly unwind – whether you're here to hike, rest, or work remotely. This is a place where body and soul can slow down and breathe.

Klein Waldseele is a heartfelt family project, created by the Klein family – a small team of hands-on, caring people who transformed the former “Waldbaude” guesthouse into something new: a peaceful and personal holiday home. Anna is your main contact for bookings and guest support, with a passion for atmosphere and detail. Erik, her nephew, takes care of everything technical and practical – he’ll often greet you personally upon arrival. Behind the scenes, other family members help out as well – from gardening and repairs to friendly conversations and little touches that make a stay feel special. Together, we believe in genuine hospitality, a mindful approach to nature, and offering a space that feels like a gentle pause from the world.
