We offer a comfortable, fully equipped apartment of 57sqm: living room, bedroom, kitchen, hall, bathroom - and balcony. Enjoy free high speed wireless Internet (150 Mbit), satellite TV, box spring bed (kingsize), 2 flat screen smart TVs, underfloor heating and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, milk frother, water boiler, toaster, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is also a dishwasher.
Included are bed linen, towels, 1 bottle of water, 1 liter of milk and nespresso capsules.

Whether with a backpack, in a trendy boutique hotel or in a motorhome; until now all kinds of travel had their special advantages for us. As beautiful as it is in a foreign country, from time to time you need a little cosiness between all the inspiring, fresh, exciting impressions.
We have built our comfort accommodation with great attention to detail. We are very curious about your feedback. Please tell us honestly what you think of the comfort accommodation and give us the chance to complete any missing things so that you can feel at home with us.
What else? We like to live & work a lot in the KFQT house, so that contact is always possible if desired. We speak German and it works more than quite badly also with a little English.
Within 500 meters you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bus stops. Centro, Arena and the Metronom-Musical-Theatre can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The bus ride to the main train station takes 12 minutes, to Centro 17 minutes.
Despite its proximity to the motorways, Komfort-Quartier is a very quiet place in a residential area. Its three-glazed windows do their bits.
A40 and A42 motorways are 5 minutes away. From there it is only a few kilometers to A3 and A59.
Bus stop "Dieningstraße" is 400 meters from here. Bus line 960 takes you in 12 minutes to the main train station, to Centro in 17 minutes.
Messe Essen can be reached in 20 minutes by car, Messe Düsseldorf in 30 minutes and Messe Köln in 60 minutes.
The ride to Düsseldorf Airport takes 25 minutes, Cologne / Bonn Airport 50 minutes. Weeze and Dortmund airports are also within an hour’s drive.
Last but not least, our Dutch neighbors are nearby as well. Visit the border town of Venlo in 50 minutes by car!
