My name is Jan Maat – I live in Warnemünde and I'm delighted to share one of my favourite spots in Villa Käthe with you. Villa Käthe is a piece of Warnemünde's architectural heritage that I care for with great attention. My goal is simple: that you arrive, relax, and feel at home from the very first moment – with a Kurpark view, fresh Baltic Sea air, and everything you need. I hand over the keys in person, am available throughout your stay, and always happy to share local tips – from the best fish sandwich stall on the Old Harbour to the most peaceful sunset spots on the beach.

The apartment features one bedroom, a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a balcony and a patio overlooking the park, all in a recently renovated Wilhelminian villa directly on Warnemünde's Kurpark. The location is genuinely rare: calm and green, yet just 500 metres from the Baltic Sea beach and within easy walking distance of the promenade, Old Harbour, and all the highlights of Warnemünde. The Kurparkblick apartment sits directly on the Kurpark – the green heart of Warnemünde. From your balcony and patio you look out over the park, enjoying a tranquillity that is rare in this popular seaside resort. Yet everything is close by: the Baltic beach is just 500 metres away, the lively Alte Straße promenade with cafés and restaurants is a short walk, and the picturesque Old Harbour with its fishing boats and bistros is easy to reach on foot. Warnemünde train station with direct S-Bahn connections to Rostock is also within walking distance. The Kurpark itself offers shaded walks and a peaceful atmosphere – right outside your front door.
