“Sehr ruhige Lage. Bis zum Strand konnte man bequem hin laufen . Das Grundstück war eingezäunt und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Auto hatte einen großen Parkplatz. Restaurant, Fischverkauf und Fähre waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.”
