The summer cottage is built in country house style. It consists of a big bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with 2 single beds, a dining room is separated by three steps with the living room and includes a spacious sitting area with satellites TV, flat screen television, a fireplace and access to the terrace and garden. On the terrace you will find furniture and a grill for warm summer days. The small kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, capsule coffeemaker, water cooker, cooker, oven and hood. Of course enough dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are available. The house is located above the Bitburger reservoir in a vacation settlement, without direct neighbours. The area is known for its forests with marvellous views into nature. Walk downhill for about 5 minutes and you will reach the reservoir. Many destinations are quickly accessible by car, for example, the oldest town of Germany-Trier, the Bitburger brewery, Villa Otrang, a Roman villa... Furthermore, the house is a starting point for hikes in the Eifel, e.g. go on the crime story footpath or also visit the Eifelzoo or the Eifelpark village Gondorf. The house which is accessible via stairs has a small, not fenced in garden which offers outlet for your dog. You can either park in the large parking lot at the beginning of the neighborhood or alongside the street.
