This three-story accommodation features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a capsule coffee machine (1 capsule per person per day included free of charge), one bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest WC, and accommodates one person. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The apartment has a private terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport is within walking distance, a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away, and supermarkets are nearby. The pedestrian zone with the basilica and a wide selection of restaurants is about 100 m away. The Bosenbach festival grounds, where music concerts are held annually, are just 200 m away on foot. The apartment does not have its own parking; there are some free parking spaces on the small lot opposite, otherwise paid parking is available on the street.
