Shopping facilities, a restaurant, a bakery and the tourist information centre are in the immediate vicinity, the train station is approx. 800 m away, the outdoor pool approx. 1.5 km, several idyllic lakes for swimming and hiking are approx. 2.5 km away and the ski lift approx. 6 km. The two comfortably furnished non-smoking flats are centrally heated and have separate entrances. This small apartment has a furnished seating area in front of the door and is located on the ground floor of an outbuilding, the large apartment DZV441 with balcony is located on the upper floor of the owner's house. The approx. 35 square metre apartment has a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch, seating area with armchair, flat-screen TV), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, radio/CD player), a bathroom (shower, WC), a small hallway and an outdoor seating area. Parking spaces, garden furniture, a barbecue and a washing machine (for a fee) are available for both apartments. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs.
