Sehr stilvolle, gemütliche Altbau Wohnung in ruhiger aber Zentralen Lage mitten im Herzen von Bayreuth. Die Wohnung wurde komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Fussläufig kann man alles sehenswerte erreichen. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es 5 min zu Fuß. In die Innenstadt und zur alten Oper läuft man in weniger als 10 min. Der Festspielhügel ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Restaurants als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Hallo Ihr Lieben, ich heiße Sandra wohne mit meiner Familie in Bayreuth und vermiete meine Ferienwohnung über Booking. In meiner Freizeit mache ich aktiv Sport und Koche gerne mit Freunden. Ich liebe es zu verreisen und finde es interessant als Gastgeberin neue Gäste in meiner Unterkunft begrüßende dürfen.
In der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein vielfältiges Angebot an Lokalen, Cafés, Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fitnesscenter und Beauty/ Wellness befinden sich um die Ecke. Schallplattenshop, Tattoo Laden, Apotheke , Antiquariat , Secondhand und Barbershop fussläufig zu erreichen.
