Welcome to our newly renovated maisonette vacation apartment in the heart of Berlin-Mahlsdorf! Perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Our spacious maisonette apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in tastefully furnished rooms with 2 box-spring beds (2 king-size box-spring beds, 180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for maximum sleeping comfort. When you enter the apartment, the light-flooded, open-plan living and dining room opens up on the right—a place to feel good and get together. On the left, you will find the modern kitchen, where you can whip up a lovingly prepared meal for yourself, your family, or friends. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers the utmost comfort with its 180 x 200 cm king-size box-spring bed. Your sleep is important to us. That's why we place great emphasis on high quality, both in the selection of beds and in the high-quality hotel bedding. The second bedroom also has a box spring bed, which, like the one in the master bedroom, is of the highest quality and offers optimal sleeping comfort. The stylish, generously designed bathroom has a rain shower and a dimmable mirror. Modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a NESPRESSO coffee machine ensure comfort and coziness.

I enjoy welcoming guests to my apartments and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. It's important to me that everyone feels at home—with little details that make all the difference. In no time at all, you can reach Friedrichshagen with its idyllic Müggelsee lake or historic Köpenick with its castle and old town flair – ideal destinations for culture and nature lovers. Brandenburg is also close by: in Hoppegarten, the traditional horse and gallop racecourse attracts visitors with exciting events. And if you want to experience the vibrant center of Berlin, you can reach Alexanderplatz in just 25 minutes by S-Bahn. Mahlsdorf thus combines urban life with quick access to nature and the flair of the capital. The Berlin-Mahlsdorf suburban railway station (line S5) is a 4-minute walk away. From there, you can take the S5, which will take you directly to Alexanderplatz in about 25 minutes. The RB26 regional train and tram line 62 (towards Köpenick) are also just a 4-minute walk away. By car, you can reach the center of Berlin in about 25 minutes.
