Unser Grundstück liegt direkt an einem Elde-Arm und hat damit Verbindung zur Müritz-Elde-Wasserstraße. Zur Fußgängerzone (mit Restaurants, Cafés und Bistros) sind es grad ein bis zwei Minuten. Der Bahnhof liegt in etwa 500 Meter Entfernung. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie den örtlichen Badesee in ca. 15 Minuten.
