The house impresses with its excellent location and offers comfort across approximately 71 sqm of living space. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair and a lawned garden adjoin the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and another small bathroom with WC and washbasin. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is also a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. After booking, you will receive a contact form from the booking portal.
