The house was renovated in 2021. It is equipped with a solar system and energy storage. The natural stone heating installed in the flat is powered by self-generated electricity and the temperature is regulated automatically. Wi-Fi and LAN connections with transmission speeds of up to 90 Mbit/s are available throughout the flat. The flats, which were modernised in 2021, can accommodate up to 6 people on the ground floor and first floor and up to 4 people in the attic. They have a fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and small appliances. The bathroom has a WC, shower and hairdryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180x200 with a large wardrobe. In the study there is a sofa with sleeping function and a corner desk with office chair. In the living room there is a sofa with sleeping function, a flat screen TV with internet and satellite connection, as well as a dining table with 6 chairs. Free parking is available in the courtyard. The washing machine is located in the laundry room. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The room temperatures are preset to 21 degrees Celsius. A cleaning service can be booked for stays of 4 weeks or more. This service cleans the flat and replaces used towels and bed linen. No loud noises or disturbing behaviour after 10 pm. An information folder with restaurants, shopping facilities and public transport connections is available in the flat.

Feucht is a market town in the Middle Franconian district of Nürnberger Land and is located directly adjacent to the south-eastern outskirts of Nuremberg. The market town of Feucht has many attractions, including the unique "Zeidel Museum", the "Hermann Oberth Space Museum" and the Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal. The following places can be reached quickly by car via the highway: Nuremberg Fair A73 in 10 minutes, Challenge Roth A9 and Nuremberg City Center A73 15 minutes, Nuremberg Airport A3 and Fürth City Center A73 in 20 minutes, Erlangen City Center A3 in 25 minutes. Restaurants, shopping, butcher and bakeries as well as public transport connections are within walking distance.
