The Compact Minilofts are studio apartments designed for maximum comfort and economy of space. Ideal for up to 3 people (or 3 adults +1 baby), their 30 sqm retain the charm of an old brick structure with a distinctly modern touch. They have a kitchenette, meal table, queen size bed (160x200cm) and sofa bed. A baby cot can also be added. The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub. *Only stair access ! *NO LATE CHECK OUTS AND EARLY CHECK INS. Please contact the management team via message for such requests. *No Air conditioning. As with all of the city center of Berlin, there can be some construction going on around us, although the apartments are well insulated, it is normal that during business hours some audible disturbances might occur. *We have a sanded concrete floor with a rug in the living area.For long term stay with toddlers , it might not be ideal.
