Our house in Bäckerstraße 5 combines tradition and modernity. Built in 1968 on behalf of my sister Heidi Meinders as "Elite Apartments", the holiday apartments are now over 50 years in family ownership. Like my sister, a trained hotel manager, who managed our hotel with heart and competence for over 40 years, I also worked in 4 and 5 star hotels in Germany and abroad for several years after my hotel training. Last but not least, I graduated from the Hotel Management School in Berlin at the end of the 80s with a degree in Hotel Management. After an excursion through different professions and 5 years of self-employment, I am back on Norderney since 2004. From then on, my sister slowly retired from the management. Since 2011 I run our house under the name "Neyland Apartments". That our regular guests have been with us for decades in our endeavours and that the number of new neyland fans is constantly growing, we simply find Wow. So that your holiday is crowned by a real home for a time, we give everything. To remain faithful to our own understanding of hospitality and to continue to develop is part of our solid foundation.
