stylisch neu und liebevoll renoviert, 2 Terrassen mit Garten, Fusßbodenheizung, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, seperater Eingang
Wir wohnen quasi um die Ecke, jedoch gehen wir uns lieber selber auf die Nerven!!! ;))
3 Minuten bis zur Auffahrt A9, Busanbindung vor der Tür, Nahversorger 10 min Fußweg, zur Uni ca. 15 min Fußweg, Fahrradwege ebenfalls, welche direkt ins Grüne führen! Stadtmitte ca. 20 min Fußweg. Hier wohnt es sich einfach hervorragend!!
