Situated in the absolute center of Berlin, the apartment building has a unique location, a green and calm park area, at the corner of the central park Tiergarten, with a large Video controled private and free of charge parking lot. (Where will one find this elsewhere in the center of a city?) The apartment building is all equipped with one room apartments, complete with kitchen and bathroom and french balcony, 2 spacy elevators and staircase, originated from the famous construction fair in 1957, "Hansa Viertel".
As an open minded host with world wide international experience (english and some french speaking), I will say most welcome to all german and internanional guests to spend some time with us in the center of Berlin, in the calm and green area of the central park Tiergarten. I love the many cultural possibilities, the music in the 3 opera houses and concert halls. For sports, I love the jogging in the park and along the river Spree and Landwehrkanal in the middle of the city, (the city is so green), and the dancing in the many dancing facilities in Berlin. But most of all I love the cruising with my motor yacht on all the inviting lakes and rivers crossing the city parks and forests. Attention: there is the possibillity of joining me, welcome, just ask!
There is the famous park restaurant "Giraffe" in the building, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even for the night hopper, as it is open every day from 08.00 in the morning to 02.00 in the night. City-West in 7 minutes by walking, S-Bahn in 2 min, 3 stops main station, 4 stops, 8 minutes, City - East. Direct connection by S-Bahn to Schönefeld airport, 45 min, and to Tegel airport, 30 min. And then, relaxing from the husle of the city by walking in the park with all its little lakes, restaurants and playgrounds. Welcome!
