The flat is located just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Constance, in the immediate vicinity of the promenade, restaurants, boat and bus stops, supermarkets, the cathedral, railway station, thermal baths and the Strandbad-West lido. The flat includes a bedroom with bed linen, a bathroom with a refreshing shower and fluffy towels, a living room with a modern flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for extra guests. A cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave are also at your disposal. You also benefit from free WiFi with 1000 Mbit/s and a private car park for your convenience. Explore the old town and enjoy walks along the longest promenade on Lake Constance, which is right on the doorstep.

Überlingen offers numerous sights, cafés, restaurants and shops. From the boat and bus stop you can go on excursions to Salem Castle, Birnau, Meersburg or Lindau. Hiking and cycling trails lead through vineyards and orchards. The ‘Lake Constance Fleet’ takes you to the island of Mainau or to Wallhausen, from where you can cycle to Constance. Switzerland and Austria (e.g. Bregenz lake stage) are also within easy reach.
