Dear guests, We sincerely welcome you in our beautiful facility. Anyone who has ever discovered the Mecklenburg Lake District, always likes to come back. Holidays in the most beautiful lake / nature landscape of Germany (if not Europe) - that will surprise you. The beauty of the Lake District, the untouched nature and what we all need: relaxation! Pontus is a short form of the ancient Greek name Pontos Euxeinos, Latin Pontus Euxinus and the ancient name for the "Black Sea" and the landscapes on its mountainous south coast. Ancient Greek means the name "hospitable sea". That's how it should be!

We warmly welcome you to our holiday flat at the holiday resort PONTUS, in the middle of the natural paradise of the Mecklenburg Lake District! The apartment is comfortably and cosily furnished, with fireplace, ideal for 2 persons, with view to the lake. Our apartment has a living/dining area with a fireplace, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony. From here, you can enjoy the sunset. Further special features are our fireplace and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. Year-round use for our holiday guests.

Neighborhood info

With view of the lake in a quiet and sunny location, on the east shore on the sunny side of Lake Plau. Approx. 200 m to the beach, approx. 600 m to the harbour. You can reach the restaurant "Beach Point" and the bathing beach in 3 minutes, the restaurant "Zwei Seen" in about 20 minutes and a shopping option in 6 minutes by foot in the village. For your excursions on water and land you can rent bicycles and boats. Horse lovers gets their money's worth at the riding school in Zislow. During winter, you can go cross-country skiing, ice skating on the frozen lake and, of course, relax and enjoy the peace and nature! Very popular with Lent hikers.
