Dr. Hövener Nachf. GmbH is a young family-owned company based in the most livable city in the world - Münster. Münster was awarded the title of "World's most Vital City in the World" by the environmental program of the United Nations. Since 2007 we have specialized in selling, renting and managing of properties. Our focus is on the rental of furnished apartments at various locations in Germany. Open-hearted. Established. True. - so are the Westphalia and so we understand ourselves. We are flexible and fast - this is the advantage of a small company.

Property info

A few years ago this house was a bakery built in 1948. All the apartments were renovated in 2013. We were inspired by the lifestyle in Münster and the secret language Masematte. Each apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We provide bed linen and towels. In good weather, you can sit comfortably in the garden.

Our "Jovles Beisken" is quietly located in the backyard in Münster's Hansaviertel. You need only a 5-minute walk to the train station or to the harbor.
