The Rainhof Scheune is a historic farmyard hotel in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, 12 km from Freiburg. It offers theme rooms with traditional wooden furniture, modern spa area and free internet. Guests can enjoy a certified restaurant on site, and a local market selling regional produce in the surrounding area. The hotel and restaurant date back from 1790. All rooms feature satellite TV and a private bathroom. A rich breakfast buffet and lunch menu are served daily. There are many walking and cycling routes here in the beautiful Dreisam Valley. A Finnish sauna, steam room are all available in Rainhof Scheune's spa. Panoramic views of the Black Forest can be enjoyed in in the relaxation room, which also has a cosy fireplace. The Rainhof is a 5-minute walk from Himmelreich Train Station. This is 18 minutes by train from Freiburg Main Station.
