Rittergut Einöd was taken over by me from my parents in 2024. I run the guesthouse with a focus on sustainability, environmental responsibility and respectful hospitality. It is important to me that all guests, regardless of origin, gender or lifestyle, feel safe, welcome and accepted here. At the same time, I would like to create a contemporary yet homely place to stay for hikers, riders, families, guests seeking relaxation and inner peace, as well as nature lovers.

The guesthouse is located in the quiet district of Einöd, part of the town of Heldburg, and surrounded by forest and open farmland – ideal for guests who appreciate nature and a break from everyday life. The Shadow Creek Ranch with its horses, rabbits, alpacas and parrots shapes the immediate surroundings and adds a down‑to‑earth, animal‑friendly character to the area. Local walking and cycling trails, small woods and fields are right on the doorstep, perfect for relaxed walks and time outdoors. The historic old town of Heldburg, castles such as Veste Heldburg and Veste Coburg, as well as lakes and other excursions are easily reachable by car or bike. For many guests, the surroundings feel like a quiet retreat on the border between Thuringia and Lower Franconia – peaceful countryside with plenty of nature and the lively atmosphere of the ranch nearby.
