Das Rodehuus liegt in der Neuen Straße 6a, im alten Ortskern von Borkum, direkt gegenüber dem historischen Rathaus und die Wohnung 1 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die besonders ruhige Lage wird durch die verkehrsberuhigte "Roten Zone" für alle Autos unterstützt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die kurzen Wege zum Nordstrand (ca. 8 Gehminuten), zum Bahnhof ca.4 Gehminuten und in die Einkaufsstraße mit dem Supermarkt und der Bäckerei (Strandstraße) ca. 2 Gehminuten.
