In the living area, there is a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), suitable for up to 3–4 guests. The bathroom is separate and equipped with a bathtub with shower, washing machine and dryer. House Rules The apartment is located in a particularly quiet residential area. Guests are kindly asked to be considerate and keep noise levels low, both inside the apartment and in the stairwell, in order to respect the neighbors. Parties and inviting external visitors are not permitted. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, additional cleaning or loss-of-income charges may apply. Dogs are welcome; however, they are not allowed on beds or sofas for hygienic reasons. In rainy weather, guests are kindly asked to clean their dog before entering the apartment. Towels for this purpose are provided in the entrance area. Dogs must not be left unattended in the apartment. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges. A completed registration form (guest registration) is part of the house rules.

Free parking is available in front of the building. Access to the B36 and A5 highways can be reached within about 10 minutes by car. The border to Strasbourg is approximately 10 minutes away, and the city center can be reached in around 20 minutes.
