The apartment is located in a very quiet and well-maintained building. Chiemgau Thermen are just a 15-minute walk away, as are the train station and the town center with shops, butchers, bakeries, and restaurants. Lake Chiemsee is also nearby, and the area offers many cycling and hiking trails. A parking space is available on the property, as well as an underground parking spot.
