Located within a large private park on the edge of Schesslitz, the Schloss Burgellern offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. The A70 motorway is 2 minutes away. Once a bishop’s residence, the Schloss Burgellern provides rooms with antique Italian furniture and modern bathrooms. All rooms feature wooden floors, a TV with free SKY channels, and beds which are suitable for allergy sufferers. Franconian and Italian specialties are served in the Schloss Burgellern’s restaurant. Locally brewed beers can be enjoyed in the beer garden. The Schloss Burgellern is close to many hiking trails, including the Frankenweg (The Franconian Way). The hotel provides rental bicycles for exploring the beautiful Franconian Switzerland region. Bamberg is about 15 minutes away by car. Dogs are welcome to stay with us! Each room can host one dog. The daily fee is 20 Euros.
