This narrow, extremely charming and comfortably renovated maisonette apartment in the historic 16th century house has sloping ceilings in almost every room and is used extremely intelligently right down to the last corner. With a width of only 4.72 m, this completely restored house and the maisonette apartment it contains are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: Comfortable living room with laminate, two bedrooms with box spring beds (160 cm and 180 cm), one of them on a gallery with high-pile Carpeted floors, a small roof terrace with a standard lamp and garden chairs, two storage rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Melitta coffee machine with whole beans, microwave and ceramic hob, a laundry room with Premium Bosch washer-dryer, modern shower room with cosmetic mirror and skylight as well as a workplace with WiFi, living room and much more. The Schloßplatz is occasionally used for outdoor markets. Below the apartment is the wonderful castle hairdresser, right next to it is the cute flower shop Floralwerk, a cobbler, a pastry shop, a laundry and a wine dealer, jewelry shop and bicycle dealer. In the southeast is Oldenburg Castle, built in 1667, with the State Museum for Art and Cultural History, which can be seen from the apartment. Behind the house is the castle garden with the pedal boat rental and the art museum, Augusteum and Prince's Palace. To the northwest is St. Lambert's Church, which is clearly visible. Opposite is the large Schlosshöfe shopping center and the city center with countless shops and restaurants.
