The maisonette holiday apartment extends over 130 square meters on two floors. Generously laid out and well-equipped, you will find a spacious kitchen-living room, 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with space for up to 10 people. There are a total of four high-quality box spring beds in three bedrooms. Please read the dimensions and layout of the sleeping options carefully. Also look at all the pictures (including floor plans) to get a complete impression. Green bedroom: One double bed (180 × 200 cm) One sofa bed (112 × 180 cm) Red bedroom: One double bed (180 × 200 cm) One sofa bed (112 × 180 cm) Yellow bedroom: Two double beds (180 × 200 cm) Kitchen/living area: Sofa bed (154 × 227 cm) Please note: Walk-through room In addition to a stove and oven, the kitchen has a microwave and a large fridge/freezer. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people, and there is of course crockery and cutlery for everyone. You will also find a filter coffee machine, a French press, toaster, kettle, blender, pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. The large shower room was newly installed in 2025 and is very modern, with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a double bathroom sink and an extra make-up area. This is the perfect place to prepare for one of Berlin's famous party nights. The apartment also has a guest toilet.

Your apartment is located in the middle of the popular district of Prenzlauer Berg. A lively area in the heart of Berlin, known for its charming mix of old building flair, trendy cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The area offers a high quality of life and thanks to its central location, numerous sights, cultural highlights and the exciting Berlin nightlife are within easy reach.
