Welcome to the "Seerose" apartment – your cozy holiday home on the edge of the Versmold lake district! This ground-floor apartment is about 60 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking nature and relaxation. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property are available. Enjoy your own outdoor area with a garden and covered terrace – the ideal spot to unwind. Please note, the garden is not fully fenced. You have a view of the Heidesee, though in summer, shrubs and leaves may partially block it. The property also offers a playground, bowling alley, and mini-golf. In summer, a cozy beer garden invites you to relax. Please note: There is no direct access to the lake. Swimming or staying at the lakeshore is not possible. One dog is welcome – a dog fee applies on site. For longer stays, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning for your comfort.
