The flat is located at the back of the house and is therefore very quiet and surrounded by greenery. There you are shielded from the street and the people who walk past the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a Lidl supermarket, 3 bakeries, post office, podiatrist, beauty parlour and various restaurants. In the side street there is a tram stop to the main station, Neustadt station, the historic city centre and the airport.
