“Zeer ruim appartement met tuin op rustige plek, op loopafstand van station Trier-Quint. Wel 100 meter stijgen, deels over onverlicht bospad. Ook Ehrang met grote supermarkt is beloopbaar via onverlicht bospad en trappen.”

Unsere renovierte Ferienwohnung "Stadt & Wald" liegt unmittelbar im Grünen, direkt am Waldrand und ist nur 10 km bzw. 15 Autominuten von allen historischen römischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Trier und dem Zentrum entfernt. Für einen aktiven Urlaub stehen ihnen von hier aus eine schöne Auswahl an Rad- und Wanderwegen zur Verfügung. Sie profitieren von kostenfreiem WLAN, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus und einer Fahrradgarage. Der angrenzende Garten, mit eigener Sitzgruppe, steht ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die moderne Ferienwohnung liegt stadtnah und zentral, jedoch angenehm ruhig und direkt im Grünen. Für Wanderungen eignen sich u.a. der Jakobusweg, der unmittelbar angrenzt, sowie der Eifelsteig, Moselsteig, Saar-Hunsrück-Steig, Traumschleifen, Natur-Wander-Park delux, ... um nur einige zu nennen. Radsportler werden an Mosel-, Kyll-, Ruwer-Hochwald, Saar-, Sauer- und vielen anderen Radwegen, auch vom Haus aus direkt in den Wald, begeistert sein.
