The luxurious and very quietly located apartment is directly at the city harbour of Rostock, approx. 50 m to the pier, where you can also fish fishing or swimming. Only the screaming of the seagulls could disturb your peace. Five days a year you will experience the activity of the "Hanse Sail" from your terrace, you are almost in the middle of it. Enjoy the Mediterranean and luxurious ambience in an upscale house community and a fantastic view to the Warnow (city harbour) and the harbour activities. You will find a wide range of shopping possibilities such as an Edeka or Aldi market, as well as take-away food, a dry cleaning service and a pharmacy in the "Neptun Shopping Center" only 100 m away. The Volkstheater "Halle 207" is also located directly opposite the building.
You can walk along the pier into the shopping area in only 30 minutes or take the tram from the "Neptun Einkauf Center".
If you prefer to have fun on the beach, however, you can reach the magnificent beach of Warnemünde in about 20 minutes by car, only 12 kilometres away, which can of course also be reached by public transport.
This apartment offers both quietness and and the activity of a great port city.

The happiness of the many students, who sit at the mole in the evening grilling and enjoy the warm summer nights with a "beer", is highly infectious. The scenery of the city harbour offers an almost unbeatable setting. Rostock is not only beautiful because of its old districts, but also because it is one of the sunniest cities in Germany, so it is sometimes difficult to take advantage of the plenty of opportunities for shopping. And in the evening, after you have enjoyed your dinner at the pier or in the student quarter, you dedicate yourself to culture, go to the theatre, to a concert or celebrate with the Rostockers, who always have something to celebrate somewhere. By the way, you can also reach Rostock from many cities by plane via Laage airport.
