“Die Lage dicht am Strand gleich hinter der Düne, abseits vom Straßenlärm der Ortsdurchfahrt ist sehr angenehm. Dazu liegt der Zugang zum Strand unmittelbar am Haus. Dieser Zugang wird hauptsächlich von den Anrainern genutzt.”
