PLEASE READ The apartment offers two rooms with private bathroom, however the living room, washer/dryer and the kitchen to prepare beverages or toast are shared. So, if you book the Queen or King room, you will have a sense of relative privacy (as rooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment) however, you might be sharing the apartment with me, or other guests. If you are seeking absolute privacy, you can book for dates that the entire apartment is available. Each room can be booked separately for up to 2 people, or you can reserve the entire apartment for up to 4 guests. Both rooms boast ample closet space, large mirrors, and a working desk. Located on opposite sides of the apartment, which affords you privacy. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use is not permitted within the apartment or on the balcony. Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are prohibited from entering the apartment. The apartment includes a kitchen. You are more than welcome to make coffee, tea, toast, and use the fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. However, guests who book a room are not permitted to cook. I kindly ask guests to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and return the home in the same condition they found it.

While I am pursuing my aspirations in the Bay Area of California, I split my time between Berlin and San Francisco. So you either have the apartment to yourself, or sharing it with me or with a highly considerate guest. I love traveling and learning about other cultures. I have lived in 15 different cities in three continents, speak three languages, have 3 engineering degrees. So far, 3 seems to be my lucky number. I am very clean and thoughtful, and respec the homes I rent on my travels. I expect the same. :)
