The luxuriously furnished apartment is located in a traditionally thatched building with an unobstructed view of the nature reserve "Archsumer Wiesen" with meadows, the dike, and a view all the way to Rantum. The building consists of four units and is situated on a beautiful, well-maintained plot of 3,000 sqm. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. The floors are equipped with elegant oak parquet. The property features a custom-made solid wood kitchen, a bright modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a built-in wardrobe. The living area includes a beautiful solid wood dining table with Vitra chairs, a TV, Bluetooth speakers, and of course, Wi-Fi/DSL. The high-quality sofa bed with an 18 cm pocket spring mattress offers sleeping comfort of hotel quality. The mandatory final cleaning fee of 150 EUR is not included in the overnight price. Our service provider Putzi-Sauber-Service will charge the fee on-site upon arrival with our guests. A laundry service including bed, bath, and kitchen linen can be optionally added for a fee of 35 EUR per person through our service provider. The extras will also be charged upon arrival. A traveling dog (medium-sized breed) is warmly welcomed upon consultation with the landlord. We charge a fee of 25 Euros per day. The security deposit is 300 EUR and will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the rental period, minus any claims at the return of the keys (within 7-10 days after departure).
