Unique 118 offers the Apartment Ground Floor and the Single Room in the basement. There are 3 rooms in the apartment: a kitchen with a little patio that leads to the garden, a bedroom with a double bed (2 m x 1,80 m), a living room with a sofa bed (2 m x 1,40 m) and a single bed (2 m x 0,90 m). Each room can be closed by a door so every guest can have some privacy. The Single Room in the basement offers the single room, a private toilet and a small kitchen with a shower and a washing machine. From the kitchen you can walk into the garden. The washing machine might also be used by guests from the Apartent Ground Floor during the daytime. The entire house was refurbished in 2016.
I love welcoming guests from all over the world. Since I am an artist guests will see some of my original art works (paintings) at Unique 118.
Unique 118 is located in a rather quiet residential area. Nearby you will find the river Weser with its recreational area as well as a shopping center and some restaurants. I have been living in this area for more than 20 years now and I am still enjoying it (I live 5 min. from UNIQUE 118).
