Enjoy your vacation on a small, working farm with many petting animals, in a quiet location with a view of Seeon Lake, Chiemgau Alps and Seeon Monastery. Our farm is a good starting point for excursions, cycling and hiking tours in the surrounding area. The Utznhof is located at about 600 m above sea level southeast of Seeon on the edge of the nature reserve of the Seeoner Seenplatte. Along with the Osterseengruppe and the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte, the Seeon lakes are part of the most important ice-cutting landscape in the Bavarian Alpine foothills. The cycling and hiking trails start at the front door and lead in all directions. The Benedikt and Mozart cycle paths lead to Seeon- On the Chiemsee cycle path you circle the Chiemsee on 59 km. Around the Eggstätt-Hemhofer lake district, which includes a total of 14 independent Seeon, there are numerous picturesque hiking trails. For mountain hikes, a magnificent mountain world opens up about 18 km from Seeon to the south. The local mountains Hochgern, Hochfelln and the Kampenwand offer a magnificent panorama of the high Alps and Lake Chiemsee.

The Utznhof has three bright and with a lot of comfort equipped vacation apartments with 45 sqm, 60 sqm and 65 sqm living space and a total of 11 beds. Infant equipment, such as baby crib and high chair are available. Eggs from happy farm chickens are offered. Vacation guests provide their own meals.From the balcony you have a very nice view to the east and can see the morning sun rising behind the meadows, fields and trees. The balcony is protected from view and can only be reached through the vacation apartment. Parking place at the farm.
