The Villa is from 1902, located on a 4,000 m2 property with beautifully landscaped garden surrounded by fields and with view over the famous rolling hills of the Uckermark, the Tuscany of the North. The next village is about 800 m away so that guests can enjoy tranquilty and piece, only a small street with very minimal traffic passes alongside the front of the house. The Villa has 2 stories and has undergone a luxurious remodel before becoming a vacation home. High-end furniture, kitchen, appliances, two working wood buring ovens for ambiance, freestanding bathtub in one of the three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with the most cosy matresses and bedding - guests will feel relaxed and welcomed from the very first moment. The Uckermark is a wonderful nature retreat, but the house itself and the surrounding garden will offer so much, that some guests actually never leave the property. Sitting on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, or with friends and family around the large antique dining table, cooking elaborate meals in the professionally equipped kitchen or enjoying a yoga session in the large upstairs bedroom (2 mats, blocks and straps available) - the perfect vacation! Strictly no commercial photography or videography. This includes influencer content creation, product placement, and film and photo production. Any unauthorized commercial use of the property will result in immediate termination of the stay and additional location charges.

Well traveled family that currently lives between Berlin and New York. We love architecture and transforming houses into homes. We have renovated and remodeled several houses from different epochs (Mid-century modern, modern, Victorian) and have put a lot of efforts into making this place something special.

The Uckermark are called the Hamptons of Berlin or the Tuscany of the North..... stunning nature, many lakes, rolling hills and the lowest number of inhabitants per square-km in all of Germany. More and more Berliners enjoy the area for short vacations and weekend trips.
