The vacation apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the Villa am Goldbach. The cozy and bright 1-room apartments with large balconies (with morning or evening sun!) each have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room/bedroom. The maximum occupancy of the apartments is therefore 4 people + a baby cot (on request!). The “Mona” vacation apartment (called “1-bedroom apartment with balcony” when booking) (2nd floor) also has a separate room with a fully equipped kitchen (see pictures) and its own bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor – although it is outside the apartment, the bathroom is all yours. The “Lisa” apartment (listed as “1-bedroom apartment” when booking) has a small kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The living room/bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a small hallway with a coat rack and mirror, but is still part of the apartment. Professionally, I work for a brewery, where I can fully express my creative side and organizational skills. I also work part-time in the restaurant industry. But my new passion is Villa am Goldbach, whose vacation apartments I have been managing together with my family since May 2025. The charming vacation apartments “Mona” and “Lisa” have been around for several years. They were originally lovingly run by the Georgi family and quickly became a popular retreat for those seeking relaxation. Since this year, my family and I have been able to continue this tradition and enrich it with new ideas.
