Villa Barka is a place to feel truly at home: stylishly designed, peacefully located, and surrounded by pristine nature. We rent out our home to guests who value mindfulness, tranquility, and a tasteful atmosphere. Discover what awaits you here and let yourself be inspired for your next getaway amid a unique landscape. Our ecologically and climate-positively designed house was completed in 2024 using modern timber frame construction and impresses with a natural, healthy indoor climate. The highly efficient insulation and renewable raw material wood ensure particularly low energy consumption and an excellent environmental balance. Solar power from our own photovoltaic system is stored on-site and reliably supplies the entire house with clean energy – if that's ever not enough, we source 100% regeneratively produced electricity. And of course, guests can comfortably charge their electric car right here at a favorable rate. This makes our home a perfect blend of sustainable living and true future-proofing for people and nature. You have access to a bedroom, a living-dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom, and of course the terrace with garden. A great restaurant "Zum Fürst'n" is just 700 m away on foot, where a very good and abundant breakfast is also offered (advance reservation required).

We planned our house completely ourselves on the iPad, had it built sustainably, and then rolled up our sleeves again to furnish it in a way that makes us feel truly at home – and hopefully you too.
