Warnemünde is one of the most beloved seaside resorts on the Baltic coast – and Villa Käthe sits right in the heart of it, without the noise. The property is located on a quiet side street directly on the Kurpark, just around 500 metres from the wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Within a few minutes' walk you'll find the lively promenade of the Alte Straße with its cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, the picturesque Old Harbour lined with colourful fishing boats, and the iconic Warnemünde Lighthouse. The train station with direct S-Bahn connections to Rostock city centre is also within easy walking distance – perfect if you'd prefer to leave the car behind. The Kurpark right outside the villa invites you to morning strolls and peaceful evenings.
