An open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor forms the centre of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here while eating together as well as during a cosy evening by the fireplace in the nostalgic wing chair and in the inviting seating area. In addition to sunbathing, the terrace also provides a maritime ambience, as the harbour cinema is guaranteed with sailing and sports boats passing by.
