The apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed (two 80x200cm mattresses), a recliner, satellite TV, and a dining table for four. The separate bedroom features a sturdy Paidi bunk bed with 100x200cm mattresses, suitable for children or adults. Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Thanks to free Wi-Fi and a desk, working from home is easy. The wraparound balcony offers a pleasant view of the garden. In summer, access to an outdoor pool with sunshades and loungers is included. An indoor pool and sauna are available year-round (usually closed in November after the Bavarian autumn holidays for maintenance). Pools are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the sauna from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (must be switched on 30 minutes in advance). A children's playground, table tennis, a barbecue area, and private parking near the ground-floor apartment are also available. The visitor's tax for the resort town of Hauzenberg is not included in the rental price. For your entertainment, we offer cable TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth adapter, and a wide selection of German-language books for children and adults. A coin-operated washing machine is located in a laundry room near reception.
