I worked for over 20 years as a helicopter pilot, many days away from the family. I decided to find a new way to earn some money while staying at home and having some time for my kids. Now I enjoy taking care of guests and meeting very interesting guests from all over the world. Interesting places attract interesting people. I am available most of the time and will try to satisfy any requests. I am very open for suggestions and ideas to improve the box experience (guest house)

This is a very unique guest house, it feels like a luxurious tree house. Describe by many guests as an incredible peaceful feeling, great to relax and enjoy the breath taking view. The ambience inside with the untreated wood is very peaceful and harmonious. The guest house is at tree level with an incredible view to the Main river and the Medieval town of Ochsenfurt. It has a 30 sq. wood balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. Great place to come and relax. The furniture is modern and functional. Full leather sleep couch, queen size bed, many pillows. Alexa/Bose speaker with wifi and bluetooth to listen to your own music or any music you can think of.- Families of 5 are welcome, I can put an extra mattress on the floor no extra cost - Perfect for Business travelers, 24hr check in and complete privacy, very quiet location - Alexa / Bose Home speaker 500 incredible acoustics. It sounds like being inside the speaker ( wood box ), connect your music with bluetooth, wifi or use the preset internet radio and control it with Alexa from anywhere. If you want to know the weather or where to go have dinner just ask Alexa. Alexa also can tell you where everything is located

Neighborhood info

The area around the guest house is very safe, very quiet and super peaceful. It is a residential area on the south side of the hill with sun most of the day. It is an area full of vineyards, many walking trails and bicycle trails along the river. Beautiful walking trails within the woods, just 5 min from the guest house. THIS IS AS CLOSE AS IT GETS TO PARADISE
