<p>Holiday apartment down to Tranum Beach. The apartment is furnished with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is also a living room/kitchen with access to a terrace and a separate bathroom and toilet. Everything is well maintained and in order. The holiday apartment includes a shared swimming pool (open from Easter to week 42). You have a view of the shared, outdoor swimming pool from the apartment. There are also many other activities such as table tennis and billiards. Here you can have a wonderful holiday with a very large and varied range of activities right outside the door. The apartment is for guests who want to be close to the North Sea with the wide, lovely beach and good opportunities for activities in the area with the classic dune landscape, ridges created by the ice age as well as forests and lakes. Not rented to youth groups.</p><p>A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.</p><p>This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.</p><p>The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.</p><p>This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.</p>

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
